Wunder Mobility Raises EUR 12 million

Germany's Wunder Mobility, a vehicle sharing software group, has announced additional funding from investors totalling EUR 12 million.The investment means Wunder Mobility is now the highest funded provider of software and hardware solutions for vehicle sharing operators with fleets of e-bikes, e-scooters, e-mopeds, and cars. 

Investors include KCK and Blumberg Capital.

The Hamburg-based company provides mobiliy operators with both the software and vehicles to hlep them move their businesses forward faster.

 The Wunder platform also supports global and local operators who provide shared mobility across more than 200 cities worldwide. 

Wunder Mobility founder and CEO, Gunnar Froh, says: “This sizable investment underscores the commitment of our investors to our strategy of accelerating clean and affordable mobility through sharing. It will extend our lead in micro mobility software and enable us to provide the most advanced technology and support to ambitious operators in the space.” 

He adds: “Consumer appetite for shared mobility services continues to increase and our customers are experiencing strong growth with the help of our technology platform. We have seen 45% year-on-year growth in platform revenue in the first half of 2022 compared to the first half of last year. We will continue to make sizable investments into our software and customer service over the coming years to support the success of all the operators we work with.”
