Becoming a Carbon-Negative Micromobility Company — Human Forest @ MOVE 2022
Human Forest is a carbon-negative e-bike and e-moped sharing company based in London.
Will Jansen, the company’s Head of Operations tells us how the company developed its unique approach to micromobility, focusing on being carbon-negative, sustainable, and improving local conditions.
For example, Human Forest is currently working on its carbon-negative certification from B Corp and is trialling a new line of e-mopeds to offer Londoners new ways of getting around.
Human Forest wasn’t the only micromobility company Auto Futures spoke to at MOVE 2022. Bolt’s Johnny Munroe, for example, told us how the calling time on private car ownership is “unrealistic” while Superpedestrian’s Haya Verwoord Douidri told us how the company works with cities to ensure safer roads together.
