Hanover Reveal for Hyundai’s New Fuel Cell Electric Truck

Hyundai Motor has offered up a sneak peak of its new fuel cell electric truck which is set to be launched in 2019.  Full details will be released during the IAA Commercial Vehicles event in Hanover, Germany. Hyundai says it will announce its plans for introducing the electric truck into Europe's eco-friendly commercial vehicle market next year.

The electric truck is the latest in a line of fuel cell vehicles developed by Hyundai including the ix35 Fuel Cell compact SUV and the larger NEXO.

Hyundai Motor also says it has completed South Korea’s first domestic highway journey with an autonomously navigated semi-trailer truck.
