Genesis, the higher-end sub-brand of Hyundai, has launched a new subscription service for UK customers.
Known as Genesis Flexibility, plans start from £599 per month, and include all scheduled servicing, the benefits of Genesis’ Care Plan, and a “dedicated Genesis Personal Assistant.”
The service will be available for all cars in the lineup including the G70 and G80 saloons, the GV70 and GV80 SUVs, and the G70 Shooting Brake. Contracts are a minimum of six months in duration.
“At Genesis, we strive to deliver a customer-first luxury experience, and the launch of Genesis Flexibility builds on this, as we are simply responding to both customer demand and changing customer needs by providing our own vehicle subscription service that offers a convenient and stress-free introduction into the world of Genesis,” says Andrew Pilkington, Managing Director for Genesis Motor UK.
“At Genesis, we believe that you don’t need to own a premium luxury vehicle to be able to drive one. We want our subscription customers to have the same first-class Genesis service, on their own terms and to suit their lifestyle.”
Cars will be delivered in “as little as two weeks’ time,” and will come with the Genesis Flexibility package included. The Flexibilty package includes all scheduled servicing, whilst also offering the same scope of services provided when purchasing a Genesis vehicle, including home delivery and collection, all the benefits of the comprehensive Genesis Care Plan, such as roadside assistance, and a dedicated Genesis Personal Assistant.
Customers will be able to contact their Personal Assistant “at their convenience” and arrange servicing with free pick-up from their home or workplace, as well as arranging a courtesy car.
“With our Genesis Flexibility subscription now available across Europe, customers will benefit from their own Genesis Personal Assistant, recruited from hospitality and retail sectors, that will help guide them through the selection of their vehicle and throughout their Genesis experience,” Dominique Boesch, Managing Director for Genesis Motor Europe.
“We recommend Genesis Flexibility to customers who would like to experience our premium luxury vehicles without the commitment.”
Subscription services are growing in popularity across Europe, with Volvo launching its own scheme recently while Lynk & Co offers a subscription-only service for European customers.
