The Beijing Auto Show, which was originally scheduled for April 21st, will be delayed, adding to further uncertainly for the event in wake of the coronavirus outbreak.

According to the organisers, the exhibition will still go ahead but they have not yet announced when this will be.

This is the latest major event to be disrupted by the now-global epidemic, following Barcelona’s World Mobile Congress. For now, most of China remains in lock-down.

Elsewhere in the automotive sector, the Geneva Motor Show will go-ahead.
