IRVINE, Calif. (October 24, 2019) – Southern California-based automaker and high-tech incubator Karma Automotive today announced the latest addition to its growing retail network; Karma Panama. Owned by AutoRet SA, the new site in Panama furthers Karma’s international expansion plans as its first Central American retail partner.
“AutoRet SA is a best-in-class business partner who will help Karma provide the personalized VVIP treatment luxury customers expect,” says Joost de Vries, Karma Vice President of Global Sales and Customer Experience. “We are confident their expertise and commitment to outstanding owner experiences will contribute to Karma’s growth by giving us a presence in Central America.”
Karma Panama’s showroom and service center are located on Panama’s prestigious Avenue Centenario in Costa del Este, a newly-developed, upscale neighborhood in Panama City known for its oceanfront luxury residences, cuisine, spas and retail offerings.
“We are very excited about our new partnership with Karma Automotive and what it represents; expanding our thinking on what is possible to achieve with leading innovation to create more value to our customers,” says Gerald Gomez, Board President, AutoRet SA. Karma’s luxury electric product offerings are a natural alignment for Gomez and his team, who support environmental initiatives performed in Costa del Este.
