Hispano Suiza is alive and kicking. Its electric supercar – the Carmen – made its debut at this year’s Geneva show. It will cost €1.5m and only nineteen examples of the Carmen will be produced over the next three years.
The company was founded in Barcelona back in 1904, but it ceased manufacturing cars decades ago. So 2019 is something of a rebirth for this historic brand. We talked to Lluc Marti, the Technical Director at Hispano Suiza Cars and Francesc Arenas, the Design Director.
